Wow, it has been a crazy week or two. Work has been hard. My car broke down. Shortly after my car broke down, I had planned to go with my boys on a young men’s campout. That was inconvenient.

When I listened to the Journey to the Veil book, it talks about fasting a lot. Using it to master your body and obedience. I tried to make this m focus this week. As I fasted, did I experience any of the following?

I remember one of the times I fasted for 72 hours. I was so weak by the end I felt as though I could only lay there. I remember my wife had gone on a trip to Spokane to see her sister. We were trying to have children and could not.
