I remember when Jeffrey R Holland was called as an Apostle. There was something that didn’t sit right with me. There was some seed of distrust (a wedge) in my heart with regard to him. For many years, I would hear his messages and I would believe him, but not 100% trust him because this wedge in my heart persisted.

Mission Thoughts – 911
One of the greatest experiences of my life was serving an LDS mission in the New York New York South mission. I had the privilege of spending many months in Brooklyn and Queens. It was a gift to daily admire the grandeur of the New York City skyline.
The Plan
Gods plan is the complete opposite. Life didn’t make sense to me until I knew Gods plan.
I was blind, but now I see
I was once one of the blind until my eyes were opened by the Holy Ghost and what I once could not see or even imagine became as true as the Sun in the sky at noon day.

After this energetic day, I prayed for families, and we went to see an appointment and they weren’t home. But there was a man on the next porch over (missing his left arm). I watched him.
