NYNYS Mission November 16-22, 1996
On the way home, they related to my comp how when they had their prayers they decided to do it like us. In the morning one of the girls went and asked the other if she had gotten an answer and it was if the answer was a voice or a dream Tony told Mariana it wasn’t either, it was just a feeling. It was true. She just knew it.
An Early Morning Temple Trip
I went to the Draper Utah Temple this morning and had a wonderful experience. There was a kind man that I bumped into a few times who ended up making the experience very enjoyable and spiritually uplifting.

NYNYS Mission November 9-15, 1996
We found the Brooklyn Bridge so like good missionaries, we went sightseeing. We only walked ½ way over the bridge and we got some nice photos of the bridge and city. We walked our butts off.
Escape From Germany – Movie Review
There is a new LDS movie out called Escape from Germany. I just saw it this evening and I would like to take a few minutes to review it.
JAMES P. PORTER – Receiving and Recognizing the Holy Ghost
Brother Porter starts by illustrating how the human body uses growth hormones created by endocrine glands to tell the body what to grow. Only certain cells can receive these messages and need interceptors to in a sense receive the messages or hormones created by the endocrine glands. The human body truly is miraculous. Our bodies and spirits are much like these cells. We need to develop spiritual receptors to receive the messages of the Holy Ghost.
Pink Floyd
I have a favorite band of all time. It’s Pink Floyd. I believe I have spoken of them in the past. They are a love that I have carried with me from my past. Most bands I have loved in the past, I have been able to let go of. Pink Floyd on the other hand is beloved by many and is continually played here, there, and everywhere. I can’t exactly leave or turn off every setting. As a result, I listen occasionally.
