Second Coming Timeline

The dedication of the Palmyra Temple was 170 years from the organization of the church. At the Palmyra Temple dedication, all worthy members were given a special temple recommend and invited to attend and view the Palmyra Temple dedication or Solemn Assembly at their local Stake Center. All the members of the church in attendance performed the Hosannah Shout, waving handkerchiefs symbolic of palms. The number in attendance could have been millions. Revelation 7:9-10 clearly describes such an event.
